I have too much of this in my cupboard. It's embarassing

I was cleaning up my RV today in preparation of hitting the road. When I looked into my food cupboard to make sure everything was okay, I noticed something that. . . well, it's kind of embarrassing to show. But I did anyway.

Laf, I have more tuna than you, I also travel alone, have an RV spot in Seaview, Wa., go south for the winter, and have a unique hobby.. paintball.. (I'm 56) But back to TUNA, I love it, my aunt in Coos Bay, Or. fresh cans mine, I currently have 24 pint jars of it in my 22 foot trailer, pints are about double the small cans.. great protein..

Tuna. Great for Tuna patties, like salmon patties can be done on the grill. Good eating!!!

Since when is six cans too much tuna? I have at least six cans in my pantry at home. Two cans makes enough tuna salad for maybe five or six lunches. We are two people who like to eat tuna salad, on toast, in pita, on tomatoes, with maybe some cheese on top, pickles on the side. If I am blanking on dinner, tuna a la king on biscuits is good save. Or maybe tuna cacciatore? Lots of things you can do with tuna!

It's okay, Chuck....admitting that there is a problem is the first step.....
Have a great trip anyway!
